As the Creative Director and Multimedia Team Lead, I led the development of marketing strategies and PR planning — which elevated  PASAE's public image — oversaw budget development, project management, and creative process enhancements for 15 teams, including 6 interns.
This role allowed me the opportunity to pioneer and develop marketing strategies that represented and enhanced PASAE’s public image. In addition to supporting the creative facets of the organization, I am fortunate to have developed my project management skills through facilitating meetings and workshops related to professional, academic, and personal growth.
My role wasn’t just about enhancing the organization's public image; it became a platform for me to delve deeper into the realms of accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
I learned to engage with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Understanding how to communicate effectively and inclusively became a huge part of my role. I actively sought to comprehend the unique perspectives and experiences of each team member, fostering an environment that valued every voice. This experience taught me the art of bridging different perspectives and creating a cohesive vision that respects and represents a multitude of viewpoints.
Moreover, my involvement in project management and budget development wasn’t just about numbers and timelines; it was about understanding the impact of design and accessibility. Through this role, I learned how design choices can significantly affect accessibility and vice versa. This awareness led me to advocate for more mindful and inclusive design practices within our projects, ensuring that our creative endeavors were accessible to a broader audience.
Engaging in workshops and facilitating meetings on professional, academic, and personal growth offered me the chance to lead discussions on topics such as equity in design, the significance of inclusive language, and the pivotal role of accessibility in our creations.
This enriching journey within PASAE wasn’t just about steering marketing strategies or managing teams; it was a profound learning experience that transformed my approach to creativity, leadership, and inclusivity. It equipped me with the knowledge and empathy necessary to navigate diverse spaces and create designs that are not just visually appealing but also genuinely accessible and inclusive for everyone.

PASAE Apparel
As Creative Director, my interns and I collaborated to create general member apparel for PASAE - Pilipinx Association of Scientists, Architects, & Engineers. Here is our final mockup I created using Adobe Illustrator! [2021].
Infosession Slide
This is what my slide looked like for PASAE's Spring Infosession, an event where we introduce our organization to potential members. My component had the theme of drinks; so I, of course, chose to replicate a boba menu. [2020].

East Asian Union Night Market Flyer
Here is a flyer I created for the East Asian Union Night Market, an on-campus event where over 18 official UC Berkeley student organizations gathered and showcased various cultures through celebration of food and performances. My flyer was selected to represent PASAE's booth, which brought about attention and allowed for sales made beyond expectations. [2019]
